  • Always follow the safety instructions on your candle and care card.

  • Hand-dyed carry bags should be washed separately for the first few washes.

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged items in transit? We offer full replacements or refunds.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days.

  • Tracked 48 is used for all orders, giving full tracking. Standard second-class orders are not tracked.

  • Candle care guides are included with your candle and available at www.kipcandleco.com.

  • Follow all safety instructions on the candle and care card. Kip Candle Co is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

  • Hand-dyed carry bags should be washed separately and away from stain-prone materials for the first few washes.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) listing ingredients and possible irritants are available on request at hello@kipcandleco.com.

3. Return Policy

  • We offer full replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.
