We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 days of ordering.
We use the Royal Mail “signed for” service for all orders where 'first class signed for' is selected. For all other orders where second class is selected, we will be unable to track your order. We recommend using the "signed for" service to ensure a swift and trackable delivery.

www.kipcandleco.com we provide a candle care guide. We encourage you to read this before you burn your Kip Candle to get the most out of your candles.
Please follow the safety instructions found on the bottom of your candle and also on your candle care card. Kip Candle Co. can not be held responsible for any damage caused from misuse of your candle. 'Carry bags' are hand-dyed and should therefore be hand-washed separately and kept away from materials that may stain until after the first few washes.
